He received a B.S. in Civil Engineering in 2015 from the University of Wyoming and has been licensed in WY as a P.E. in Civil \u2013 Water Resources and Environmental discipline since February 2020. Dillon has a wide range of experience on projects in Agricultural, Oil & Gas, Municipal, State, Federal, and Private sectors.<\/p>\n

His technical skills include AutoCAD Civil 3D drafting and design, stream gauging, riverbank stabilization, reservoir design, Wyoming water right petitions, civil site design, and project management. Most recently, he has been designing and managing several multi-year studies in the Upper Green River Basin related to demand management and water conservation efforts through a collaboration with the University of Wyoming, WSEO, TU, and TNC. Dillon is a certified TSP through NRCS and is a licensed UAV Pilot.<\/p>\n

When not at work, Dillon can be found working on his small farm in Fremont County with his wife and two children or hunting, fishing, or in his wood shop.[\/corpboot_team_item][\/corpboot_team][vc_separator][corpboot_team style_team=”slider” css=”.vc_custom_1539556371255{margin-top: 20px !important;margin-bottom: 20px !important;}”][corpboot_team_item author=”Ellen Cotterman” position=”Administrative Assistant” image=”671″ social=”%5B%7B%7D%5D” content_list_one=”%5B%7B%7D%5D” content_list_two=”%5B%7B%7D%5D” content_list_three=”%5B%7B%7D%5D”]Ellen Cotterman joined Strike Consulting Group in 2016 after receiving a B.S. in Rangeland Ecology and Watershed Management from the University of Wyoming. Ms. Cotterman is the Administrative Assistant and a financial officer for SCG. She assists with most administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining filing systems, as well as maintaining financial records and managing accounts receivable and accounts payable.<\/p>\n

Ms. Cotterman has also provided up-front support on numerous projects, such as, assisting with groundwater monitoring and sampling activities in the Pavillion, WY gas field; multiple Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments; reclamation services for eleven coal bed methane reservoirs in the Powder River Basin; and biological clearance surveys for WYDOT.<\/p>\n

Ms. Cotterman strives to support all SCG projects and staff in whatever capacity she can while ensuring clients receive quality service from SCG.[\/corpboot_team_item][\/corpboot_team][vc_separator][corpboot_team style_team=”slider” css=”.vc_custom_1539556363247{margin-top: 20px !important;margin-bottom: 20px !important;}”][corpboot_team_item author=”Josh Stewart” position=”P.E., Staff Engineer” image=”673″ social=”%5B%7B%7D%5D” content_list_one=”%5B%7B%7D%5D” content_list_two=”%5B%7B%7D%5D” content_list_three=”%5B%7B%7D%5D”]Josh Stewart is a Professional Engineer and Professional Geologist registered in the State of Wyoming. He received a B.S. in Geological Engineering in 2014 and a M.S. in Geological Engineering in 2016, both from the Colorado School of Mines.\u00a0 Mr. Stewart\u2019s previous work included mine reclamation projects in Wyoming. He was responsible for design and management of construction projects, surveying, production of project documents and drawings, water quality monitoring, geological modeling and interpretation, preparing field drilling logs, and technical report writing. He also has experience with geologic resource modeling, geophysical log interpretation, database verification, and preliminary mine layout. He joined Strike Consulting Group in January 2023.<\/p>\n

Josh was raised in rural Southwestern Ontario and has lived in Lander since 2016. He enjoys spending time with his wife and five children, and taking part in the variety of outdoor activities that Wyoming has to offer.[\/corpboot_team_item][\/corpboot_team][vc_separator][corpboot_team style_team=”slider” css=”.vc_custom_1539556363247{margin-top: 20px !important;margin-bottom: 20px !important;}”][corpboot_team_item author=”Brian Craig” position=”Staff Engineer” image=”668″ social=”%5B%7B%7D%5D” content_list_one=”%5B%7B%7D%5D” content_list_two=”%5B%7B%7D%5D” content_list_three=”%5B%7B%7D%5D”]Brian Craig is a staff engineer with experience in land surveying and manufacturing prior to joining SCG. He graduated from the University of Tennessee and moved to Wyoming shortly thereafter. Brian provides support on a range of projects with civil site design, drafting, engineering surveys, streamgaging, and hydrologic ratings. In his free time, Brian enjoys taking advantage of the numerous outdoor activities that the area has to offer.[\/corpboot_team_item][\/corpboot_team][vc_separator][corpboot_team style_team=”slider” css=”.vc_custom_1539556363247{margin-top: 20px !important;margin-bottom: 20px !important;}”][corpboot_team_item author=”Bryce Roberts” position=”P.E., Staff Engineer” image=”666″ social=”%5B%7B%7D%5D” content_list_one=”%5B%7B%7D%5D” content_list_two=”%5B%7B%7D%5D” content_list_three=”%5B%7B%7D%5D”]Bryce Roberts is a Professional Engineer and serves as one of SCGs lead project engineers. Mr. Roberts graduated from the University of Wyoming and has spent his engineering career developing a wide range of skills and abilities. From geotechnical engineering to materials testing, civil site design, municipal utility design, streamgaging, and riverbank stabilization, Bryce has design and project management experience on a variety of projects, providing comprehensive experience to SCG projects. With over twenty years of experience in managing technical civil and environmental projects as a private consultant, Andy has performed most aspects of water management planning for Federal, State, and Private entities. He is responsible for day-to-day operations, business development, contract administration, and project management for a multitude of ongoing projects.<\/p>\n

Mr. Strike is the current President of the Wyoming Water Association. When not in the office, he can be found recreating (skiing, hiking, paddleboarding, and biking) with family and friends.
